Complaints policy 

We strive to ensure that you get the best possible service. If we fail, please tell us by first speaking to the lawyer dealing with your case or a partner. Our complaints procedure is clearly set out in our Client Care Letter and if we cannot resolve your issue we will help you advance the matter either with the Legal Ombudsman or the Solicitors Regulation Authority. A complaint will not affect how we deal with your case.
