All criminal cases commence at the Magistrates Court.
They retain all ‘summary only’ cases and a growing number of more serious and complex cases. We know our local courts and maintain a strong presence.
We have decades of combined experience and success. We are an authorised Legal Aid provider and can make an application on your behalf.
If you are ineligible for Legal Aid our simple and clear fixed fees will put your mind at rest. For those under 18, their cases are usually dealt with at the Youth Court unless the crime is very serious or they are charged with an adult. Legal Aid is available to young persons. We are experienced Youth practitioners and adopt a clear and sympathetic approach.
